1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Admedia Services LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States of America (“Admedia”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, processes, stores and protects data related to the use of our full-funnel programmatic advertising services (the “Services”).
Admedia Services are provided through various technical domains and subdomains, including but not limited to:
These subdomains form part of Admedia’s technology infrastructure and are used to operate functions such as real-time bidding (RTB), ad delivery, measurement of impressions, clicks, events, and execution of technical tags.
Admedia is an ad-tech company specializing in programmatic strategies across the upper, middle, and lower stages of the conversion funnel, including feed processing, DCO, recommendation engine, ad server, proprietary DSP, and measurement technologies using tags in ads and websites.
This Policy applies to Clients, Advertisers, Publishers, Agencies, and end users whose browsing activity may be recorded through tags installed in ads, websites, or digital properties voluntarily integrated by our Clients.
This Policy applies to all services, domains, and subdomains operated by Admedia Services LLC in connection with the provision of programmatic advertising services.
2. Nature and Scope of Processing
Admedia operates under a Business-to-Business (B2B) model.
We do not maintain direct relationships with end users and do not seek to collect data that identifies a specific natural person.
Our systems operate using anonymized or pseudonymized technical identifiers designed to:
- measure browsing activity,
- analyze behavior,
- optimize campaigns,
- provide product recommendations,
- execute advertising bids,
- avoid duplication.
Admedia does not collect directly identifiable personal data without prior authorization, such as:
- full name,
- government-issued identification number,
- postal address,
- precise geolocation,
- banking information.
When provided by the Client’s website, Admedia may receive an email address or telephone number in SHA-256 hashed form, without access to the original value.
3. Data We May Collect
Information is collected through tags, cookies, scripts, pixels, and similar technologies placed in:
- Ads served by Admedia.
- Client websites or associated Publisher websites.
- Ad server and DSP entry points.
- Technical endpoints operated by Admedia, including the subdomains listed above.
3.1 Anonymous Browsing Data
- pages viewed,
- referrer URL,
- time spent,
- last page visited before exit,
- browsing sequence.
3.2 Behavioral and E-commerce Data
If the Client integrates our tags into its website, we may also receive:
- IDs of products viewed,
- IDs of products added to cart,
- transaction data: purchase ID, product IDs, total value, currency,
- purchase-intent or interest signals.
3.3 Device or Browser Technical Data
- browser type,
- operating system,
- device type,
- version,
- approximate region (derived from technical information, not precise geolocation),
- technical identifiers (cookies and pseudonymous identifiers generated by Admedia).
- IP address, used to derive an approximate region and prevent fraud
3.4 Client Feed Data
We process: prices, product names, images, feed attributes, availability, margin, or priority where applicable.
These data do not constitute personal data, but are included here for transparency.
4. Purposes of Processing
Data are used for:
- Execution of full-funnel programmatic campaigns: targeting, frequency control, and optimization.
- Product recommendations: based on feed data, behavior, affinities, and browsing signals.
- DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization): dynamic creative selection based on relevance/affinity.
- Feed processing: normalization, validation, ingestion, and technical enrichment.
- DSP and ad server operation: bidding, inventory selection, delivery, and measurement.
- Measurement and analytics: metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and aggregated reports.
- Advertising fraud prevention: detection of invalid traffic or duplication.
Admedia does not use data to:
- directly identify a natural person,
- profile users by name, surname, or real-world identity,
- send spam or direct communications,
- sell data to third parties,
- create consumer databases containing personal information.
4.1 Prevention of Transmission of Directly Identifiable Information
Admedia designs its advertising systems to operate primarily with technical and pseudonymous identifiers. RTB flows use defined data structures limited to the fields necessary for advertising operations. Admedia does not intentionally include names, postal addresses, plain-text email addresses, telephone numbers, or other directly identifying information in RTB communications with media-buying or media-selling platforms. Where appropriate, technical controls and review procedures are applied to prevent the accidental inclusion of such information.
Admedia applies data-minimization principles in its advertising integrations and limits information transmitted to third parties to the technical fields necessary to provide the Services. Admedia does not intentionally transmit directly identifiable information to RTB platforms.
Fields containing personally identifiable information (PII) are not accepted by the RTB data model. The Google auction and bid-response flow uses an allowlisted field schema that excludes free-text values and first-party identifiers. These controls are verified through automated tests and periodic sample reviews.
5. Identifiers Used
To preserve pseudonymity, Admedia uses:
- Technical browser identifier (first-party cookie).
- Identifier generated by Admedia to avoid duplication.
- Google advertising identifier. To operate as a buyer in Google Authorized Buyers, Admedia links its technical identifier with the identifier assigned by Google to the browser (cookie matching). This linkage is used to bid on Google inventory and to include the browser in Admedia audiences. No additional user information is shared with Google.
- Pseudonymized and irreversible identifiers that do not directly identify the real-world user. Admedia may maintain controlled technical mappings between pseudonymous identifiers used for measurement, cookie matching, and addressability, including the association of multiple technical identifiers corresponding to the same browser or pseudonymous user. These mappings do not contain names, plain-text email addresses, or plain-text telephone numbers, and do not combine behavioral signals, audience scores, or profiles belonging to different advertisers.
6. Data Retention
Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the data and are measured from the last recorded interaction. Specifically, data related to audiences are retained for between 10 and 90 days , while data stored through cookies are retained for up to a maximum of 400 days.
Once the applicable period expires, data are permanently deleted, irreversibly anonymized, or aggregated so that individual reconstruction is not possible.
Admedia does not retain data longer than strictly necessary to provide the Services.
7. Security and Storage
Data are stored in cloud infrastructure using industry-standard safeguards for encryption, role-based access control, isolated environments, continuous monitoring, redundancy, and contingency.
Only authorized Admedia personnel may access data, and only for legitimate purposes related to providing the Service.
Admedia does not operate its own physical servers. Technical subdomains form part of controlled and isolated environments within cloud infrastructure and are subject to the same security standards.
8. International Data Transfers
Anonymized data may be processed in different locations where Admedia maintains cloud infrastructure. Any transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable international security and privacy standards.
Admedia does not transfer directly identifiable personal information.
9. End-User Rights
Because Admedia does not identify end users and operates with anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers:
- Admedia cannot identify the data subject as a specific natural person.
- Although Admedia does not identify individuals, users may exercise a browser-level opt-out at https://www.servicesadmedia.com/optout. Once opted out, Admedia stops linking that browser with third-party advertising identifiers, stops adding it to audiences, does not personalize ads shown to that browser, and deletes identifiers previously associated with that browser. Measurement performed by the Client on its own website is not affected.
10. Advertiser, Client, and Publisher Obligations
Admedia only works with entities that ensure:
- A published and accessible privacy policy.
- An appropriate legal basis for data processing under applicable law.
- No use of sensitive data without a specific legal basis.
- No use of the Services for illegal activities or activities incompatible with this Policy.
- Correct technical implementation of tags, feeds, and campaign parameters.
Admedia is not responsible for a Client’s failure to comply with its own privacy policy, cookie obligations, or personal-data processing obligations.
11. Access by Admedia Personnel
- Individualized data are not analyzed.
- Personnel do not have access to directly identifiable personal data.
- Only anonymized signals are processed for statistical or operational purposes.
12. Changes to this Policy
Admedia may update this Policy at any time. Current versions will be published on the official website or communicated through appropriate channels.
Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the then-current Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored in a browser by a website or advertisement in order to remember technical information, assign a unique identifier, measure interactions, and enable programmatic functionality.
2. Cookies Used by Admedia
We use the following persistent cookies. Only the measurement cookie on advertiser sites (_sp_id.* and its backup ams_sp_duid) feeds the identifier used for cookie matching: our advertiser-scoped ID is a SHA-256 hash of the advertiser identifier and that cookie’s browser identifier. The OPT cookie prevents matching. The remaining cookies are used only for measurement and campaign attribution.
- OPT (set on .servicesadmedia.com and our ad-rendering domains). Stores the user’s opt-out choice so that no cookie matching, audience membership, or personalization takes place. Lifespan: 365 days.
- sp (set on snow.servicesadmedia.com, third-party on advertiser sites). Browser identifier used by our measurement collector to record events on advertiser sites. Lifespan: 365 days.
- _sp_id.* (set on the advertiser’s domain, first-party). Browser identifier used by the measurement tracker on the advertiser’s site; our advertiser-scoped identifier is derived from it. Lifespan: 400 days.
- ams_sp_duid (set on the advertiser’s domain, first-party). Backup copy of the identifier above so that the ID remains stable if the tracker loads late. Lifespan: 400 days.
- Campaign attribution cookies: ams_s, ams_m, ams_c, ams_t, ams_co, ams_a, and click-ID cookies (ams_gclid, ams_gbraid, ams_wbraid, ams_fbclid, ams_ttclid, ams_gad) (set on the advertiser’s domain, first-party). Used for campaign attribution for the advertiser; not used for cookie matching or bidding. Lifespan: 90 days.
- _sp_id.* (set on .servicesadmedia.com, our own website). Used for analytics of visits to our website. Lifespan: 400 days.
2.1 Technical Cookies (Strictly Necessary)
They enable assignment of a random identifier, avoidance of duplication, and basic frequency and attribution functionality.
2.2 Anonymized Identifiers
They include a primary technical ID, random hash, and Admedia ID used to identify a “unique user” without revealing identity.
3. Purpose of Cookies
Cookies enable measurement of browsing activity, analysis of interest, improvement of recommendations, campaign optimization, avoidance of excessive repetition, support for RTB, and conversion measurement.
Admedia does not use cookies to identify individuals, associate an ID with sensitive data, or perform cross-device tracking based on personal information.
4. Cookie Rejection and Removal (Opt-Out)
Users may block or delete cookies through their browser settings (block cookies, delete existing cookies, reject third-party cookies, or use private browsing).
If cookies are rejected, no identifier will be assigned, browsing data will not be collected, and the user will not receive personalized ads through Admedia.
In addition to browser controls, users may disable Admedia personalized advertising at https://www.servicesadmedia.com/optout/. The preference is stored in a browser cookie and applies to that browser.
5. Changes to this Cookie Policy
Admedia may update this Policy to reflect new technologies, practices, or applicable regulations.
